We're here to help women overcome their struggles with PMS
We have built the PMS Coach app to do just that. Bringing support to the areas in life where women need it most.
From learning to live with PMS as a couple to helping others do the same
A few days before my period starts, I walk around crying. I don't feel like myself and my thoughts are overwhelming. However, once my period begins, I return to my normal self and regain my cheerfulness and happiness.
The quest for answers is an ongoing battle with doubt. Each day, I question the validity of my feelings, whether they are related to my menstrual cycle, and if I am not simply overemphasizing the situation. These thoughts also haunt Bram, my boyfriend.
How can one cope with this persistent doubt? How can a partner provide understanding? What steps can a couple take together? It's a continuous challenge, but one that we've improved in over the years. Our aim is to make the search for answers easier for other women and couples facing similar struggles.
Our focus is on your needs
We’re involving women from start to finish. Every decision is made based on our endless conversations with others experiencing PMS.
Women first
Our app is created by women, for women. By doing so, we aim to close the gap in knowledge about women's health.
Break the taboos
The relationship between menstrual health and mental well-being is undeniable. However, speaking openly about these topics can sometimes be challenging. We're here to help!
Support research
There is limited scientific research on premenstrual symptoms. By analyzing the experiences of numerous women with PMS and PMDD, we aim to contribute to future research efforts.
