You can track both mental and physical symptoms in PMS Coach. We provide a comprehensive standard list of symptoms, but you can also add your own custom symptoms, so you can essentially track whatever matters to you. For each symptom, you can rate the intensity on a scale of 1-5, helping you see patterns over time.
In the free version, you can view your symptoms for your current cycle. With PMS Coach Premium, you can compare multiple cycles side by side to discover patterns in your symptoms.
